Policy for Event Rental Business:
1. Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. Customers are required to make a deposit at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the total rental cost.
2. Booking: Customers must book their rentals at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
3. Damage Responsibility: By signing this waiver, you agree to take full responsibility for any damage caused to the rented objects listed below. We will take pictures and videos before and after the event to ensure everything is in proper working condition.
4. Damage Charges: Any damage to the rented objects will result in the customer paying the full replacement cost for the damaged items, including machines or bounce houses.
5. Consultation Fee: We require a consultation fee of $15.00, payable at the time of booking. This fee covers the time and effort spent in discussing your event requirements and providing recommendations.
6. Payment Methods: We accept payment through Zelle, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Please ensure that payment is made before the scheduled event date.
7. Holiday Closures: We are closed on holidays. Please plan your event accordingly.
